URT Member at EBRA 2018 in Wuhan, China

URT member Siqi Li attended EBRA 2018 (13th International Symposium for Environment-Behavior Studies), November 3-4, 2018, in Wuhan, China. The theme of the 13th International Symposium for Environment-Behavior Studies was Differences and Integration of Urban and Rural Environment. The symposium brought together architects, planners, designers, scholars, and scientists from both China and the rest of the world to exchange their ideas.

Siqi Li presented a research paper entitled Spontaneous Placemaking: A Quantitative Study on the Meaning of Places in Qilou Verandah Space in the session of Theories and Methodology of Environment-Behavior Studies. The presentation drew attention and discussion among scholars regarding streetscape and public space issues.
